It wasn't exactly Kramer vs. Kramer, but for Hill College Women's Basketball Head Coach Aaron Kallhoff and his wife and assistant coach Josie Kallhoff, bragging rights were on the line in the Chicken Express High School Girls' All-Star Game in Mineral Wells last weekend.

The happily married couple is accustomed to working together on everything, but in this game, Aaron coached the East team while Josie Kallhoff coached the West team.

"This was a great opportunity for Josie to get experience creating plays," said Aaron. "This experience will help Josie down the line if she ever chooses to be a head coach."

After grabbing an early 16-point lead, the West team won by a final score of 71-68. It was Josie's first victory as a head coach, but she took the win in stride.

"I am grateful for the head coaching experience," said Josie Kallhoff. "It was memorable coaching against Aaron, and it is always great to win."

The Hill College Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Mark Berokoff also participated in the evening's festivities as he coached the West team in the boys' game. Berokoff's team pulled off the 91-90 victory over the East team coached by Weatherford College's assistant coach, Larry Holman.

"It was an honor to be part of such a well-run event," Berokoff said. "My players exemplified what it means to be part of this all-star game."
